Disconnecting and high ping when crafting at blacksmithing, woodworking, and clothiers stations

Connection is fine when using provisioning, alchemy, and enchanting stations.

I have tried:
Disabling all addons
Disabling firewall

I occasionally have connections issues otherwise, but connection is consistently poor when crafting with these stations.

Is this happening on only one character or on multiple characters?

It happens on all of my characters. Flushing DNS did not help.
