Yesterday, I bought the digital upgrade through the ESO website. I got charged for it on my debit card, but I didn't receive a confirmation email or even a transaction completed screen. I've emailed customer support yesterday. I really want to get a refund for that transaction so I can repurchase it again. I've researched this online and I've found that some others have had this problem as well (though I've never actually had this problem before). I thought posting here was worth a shot!
