PC NA Major latency spikes the last few days

I normally have no issues with connectivity/ping in ESO, but in the last few days I have been constantly seeing a minimum of 120ms (normally its below 100 until this issue) with spikes ranging from 300's to over 1000. Even when the ping shows in the 120 range the game is behaving as if I have much higher latency (ability delays, conversation delays, buying and selling at merchants is slow etc). I've also been DC'd a few times even when the ping meter didn't indicate a dead connection. I tested a couple of computers and with/without addons enabled and had the same issue. I have also verified I do not have this issue in another MMO (SWTOR) and no trouble with any other internet activity such as streaming.

I have had this exact issue. Everything worked until the last maintenance. Now everything loads terribly slow. I walk up to NPC’s and have to wait 3 or 4 seconds for them to appear. Floors and walls take forever to show up when entering buildings. Heavily populated areas (belkarth,clockwork) are nearly unplayable. i find myself logging in less and less due to the frustration.

My router is up to date. I've also has never had this problem until the last few days.
