Will the dot from poison injection fired from 2nd bar have a chance to trigger poisons when on main bar?

Poison status effect? Ofcourse. When you barswap Poison Injection itself, direct damage from ability has a 10% chance to apply poisoned, however damage over time ticks 3% chance.

EDIT: You meant poisons. Yes, it has a chance to proc with 20% probability.
EDIT2: Just tested it, to make sure. No, it doesn't proc poisons. IMHO should, because Poison Injection is clearly weapon ability. Not a direct part, either dot. Endless hail does.
Interesting thing is, when I stay on backbar, direct damage procs poisons, but dot damage has no chance to proc poisons, even when casted on bar with poison applied.

this issue is maybe comparable to the enchant proccing from elemental blockade. if you use elemental wall on your backbar, the enchant from your frontbar can proc, it doesnt matter, what weapon type it is. a lot of tanks used this trick to have a higher uptime of a crusher enchant on their swords, but mostly it was procced by elemental blockade. now if it was comparable, then a poison would have to be slotted on the frontbar too and not only on the backbar. but the big difference in here is probably the skill and not the poison. i am not familiar about the proccing chance of poisons, but would think its similar to the ones of enchants. so a guaranteed proc from light and heavy attacks (if ready) and a chance to proc it depending from the skills: so high chance for single target and non dots and low chance for aoe and dots. if the poison doesnt act like this, then this needs to be investigated further.
