No audio using headphones

Hello, anyone have the same problem or a fix?
I'm using Razer Kraken 7.1 Chrome but can't hear anything while in the game. If i tab i can hear every normally in chrome or any software i have but not in the game.
If I switch to speakers they work in the game but not with headphones, not sure what to do.
I've already re-install Razer Synapse and all the drivers and repair the ESO Client, but that didn't help at all.
And somehow I managed to make it worked once, i switch to headphones (have a hotkey to switch between audio devices) and tab to discord and when i went back to the game I could hear everything as if nothing happened. But that only happened once.
Any ideas that could help?
PS: I do check every time that I'm actually using headphones as the default playback device.

Check your PC audio settings to make sure your headphones are set as the default audio device. You may also need to refresh the audio settings as listed below.- Exit the game.
- Right click on the Speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the system tray. (Please note that the Speaker Icon may get hidden in the Notification Area. To find it, simply click on the Up-arrow Icon in the bottom right corner of the system tray.)
- Choose Play Back Devices from the drop down menu, and then right click in the window and select Show Disabled Devices.
- Right click on the actual device, and select Disable.
- Click Apply, and then right click the device again and select Enable.
- Press Apply
