Wrong. Not "any". Hollowjack, for example, is purple, but you can learn it without any skillpoints in craft (did it with lowlevel character just few days ago). Many others also.

I would agree this is a needed feature. It is easy to accidentally consume a motif when you are going through all your anniversary boxes opening them one by one. A simple confirmation text pop up, or simple undo button that may be available for 10 seconds after consumption would probably be a good idea.

As it is now, the risk is high given how terrible the menus are. You're opening a series of anniversary boxes and suddenly a motif finds its way to the top, right where you expected the next box to be. No safety net for people

Did the same in haste, wasn't a 100k motif though thankfully. So yes and ..being less hasty would've worked as well.
