Vampire and werewolf buffs nerfs changes requests and suggestions 2018

Are there any things you want to talk about, any requests you desire or suggest to zos, then please feel free to post your thoughts on vampires and werewolves here, wether buffs nerfs changes request anything related to the creatures of the night

Certain things I'd like to cover
  • we need more vampire and werewolf related content like DLCs and cosmetic wear

    I'm talking about things such as homes motifs costumes and certains foods and potential potions
    such as werewolf transformation time increase potion or vampire stage increasing potions

    Furnishing such blood splats or werewolf kills
  • we need certain changes to reflect on both resource pools for werewolves and vampire

    Im talking about skills such as accelerating drain becoming a stam based skill or all skills use the resource with the highest amount

    One thing I would really love is to rework Blood Rage so that it refreshes when you take or deal dmg instead of just take dmg. That way you can stay transformed even if you are not the one taking dmg

    Werewolf form needs access to synergies with team mates and rezzing team mates.
    They feel balanced enough without any significantly effective AOE damage attack on a crowd.

    Some will argue that it dosen't seem right for a Werewolf to do synergies or resurrect, but they can still lockpick and it can be too much of a gameplay detriment in tougher PVE dungeons to be lacking these things because of the realism of werewolves >_> Despite this, I don't personally mind they cannot mount due to being faster already and their extra stamina.

    I'm also always okay with more personalities.
    So a suave, still/lifeless vampire lord and unhinged, anxious/trying to remain calm werewolf sound like fun ones to me.

    I would appreciate a werewolf morph that greatly enhances transformation time. The trade-off could be heightened weaknesses or an overall damage nerf, if the concern is balance. I want to be able to run amok in the moors for more than thirty seconds and actually enjoy the aspect of being a werewolf. The skin for this morph could be a nice steely grey, since we have black and white.

    I also want vampire feed to be reworked. That animation actually makes me queasy to watch. A new "killcam" animation like the ones we get with the blade of woe would be welcome. I also think feeding should count as a stealth kill, or at least do damage.

    Overall cosmetic changes would be great, too. I think the vampire skin textures look very dated and could use an update, and it'd be neat if the werewolves had glowing eyes.

    For Werewolves:
    • Add small visual feature (glowing golden eyes?) when not in ww form;
    • Add small bonus to Stamina to "Savage Strength" passive while NOT in ww form: 3% at rank I, 5% at rank II;
    • Change the ability to pick locks to "Force Lock" :trollface: Or, leave it as it is and let us Revive.
    The rest is fine by me. I think those changes would reanimate that dead skill line, as almost nobody is playing ww these days... There are maybe 3 werewolves in my guild at the moment, everybody "converted" to vamps...

    As for Vamps:
    • Remove that awful pale look at stage I, let us show the tattoos!
    • Change animation for feeding to more appropriate, as mentioned by others;
    • Change the useless "Dark Stalker" passive: "Decrease the time it takes to Crouch by 50% during the night." to: "Reduces the detection radius and crouch cost by 25% during the night."

    I have to disagree stage 1 is perfect to me, maybe a toggle to hide your appearance for people that dislike it. as for tattoos and markings, I have to agree in making them more visible, but I unstand its to represent an undead corpse, but again I must turn a blind to this as I agree with them being more visible.

    Vampires and werewolves need some love in eso.
    I only have 1 WW char and several vamp char.
    There are many suggestions that I could give but I have 2 that stand out for me:
    1 - werewolves need more access to permaform if they don’t get many non transformed passives
    2 - I would love to see some more quests associated with both, they have shrines and areas of their own but the time spent there is roughly 10 minutes? Something could be done about that. Areas where communities of vamps/WW could gather would be nice for RP purposes, let alone finding a WW group to run with ;p

    Yeah... I don't recall Mel Adrys being part of the Fighter's Guild. Besides, the only reason he is tolerant of your affliction if because you're the Vestige.

    For werewolves a revive of some kind would be nice. Even if it only worked on downed werewolves. In our PvP runs we tend to just eat our dead comrades lol.

    Also, a timer stop when in ghost form from self resurrection on dungeon wipes. Makes learning fights unforgiving as a pve werewolf.

    i just want to be able to customize my werewolf forms shape, fur, eye color and be able to play in that form longer for roleplaying. And if purchased from crown store it is bound on account and can be deactivated/activated on characters simple way or having to do some quest to cure yourself etc, just not having to buy it again for other characters.

    I would like to have Summon undead skill on the vampire skill line. It could be with morphs like Summon Undead Knight, which deal posion damage. And Summon Undead Sorcerer which deal Magic damage. I image the Ability like the sorcerer and warden pet. That would be awesome!

    Dark Stalker is definitely not useless...

    As a matter of fact I actually like to wait until its night to start ganking as Dark Stalker allows me to gank and quickly get back into stealth before my victims allies can zero in on me...

    I use duchess as it feels like a noble vampire tho I have to admit I would like a vampire personality with blood markings like what you get when you feed as a vampire

    I'd like to see werewolf or vampire scale with the players highest stat. Having a magica based character be able to transform into a werewolf and not do horrible damage would be awesome. The way it is now is just one more limiter on player build creation.

    I'd definitely like to see more clothing as well for these two. As a werewolf fan I'd love to see more fur based armor looks.
