Probably already been asked 1000 times, tried searching gave up after 30 pages 
I have two accounts, my main account which I'm buying Summerset for already has Morrowind, I don't suppose I could use Morrowind on my alt account? (I suspect there's no separate code hence the answers no, but thought I'd ask) (PC)

Fleshreaper✭✭✭✭✭Nope, you can only use the free version of Morrowind on the account that you will use Summerset on.
Morrowind is becoming the new base game. So, this is allowing new players to buy the chapter without having to buy the base game as well, costing around $100. No, one is going to jump on board at that price.Edited by Fleshreaper on April 17, 2018 6:06PM0
