Consolidated Communications? I'm having bad trouble with them. northeast Ohio here. They have been sucking for like a month now. In fact I'll have to stop my PTS download so hopefully me and a friend can watch Trailer Park Boys.

Been downloading for over 3 hours now. 12% complete, with pretty fast cable internet. The download keeps dropping to zero KB/s periodically. When will ZOS learn to feed their server hamsters?

most time, normally anyone can enter PTS server, but so far both Chapter are by invite only.

As it was said in the PTS announcement from ZOS, if you participated on Morrowind beta, you automatically have access to Summerset beta. You will not receive a mail, just log in.
