It depends on the content.

For PVP, I am planning on using one that doesn't require me to be in melee range. Something like Slimecraw or Molag Kena. Molag Kena is a strong option since light attacks are a necessary part of a bow rotation. But a set like Domihaus is also useful if you stand your ground as a bow user. Not only do you get a decent barrier around you that can damage an unstealth enemies, you also get added damage from standing in the proc.

Well atm... I am a bow ganker.. and I am just trying to 2 shot people.. without them ever seeing me.

Losing empower means that changes, but I am not sure how exactly yet, have to test some new builds.

I was expecting masters, asylum and Maelstrom bow answers but lol I am bow ganker I don't have that kind of skill. Actually never completed vWGT either and don't have access to Domihaus or the other DLC dungeons.

Edit: Veli + Kena (would have to get from golden for find someone to carry me) or Veli + Kra'ghs might be good 2x 1 pc combos.

The problem with stormfist (for OP's purposes) is the damage is pretty bad on the initial tick, and if he's trying to secure fast kills they'll either be dead or out of the AOE before the final "crush."

I already have the Veli Shoulders so that's good.... I kept running into the transmutation stone cap (non sub PVPer problems) so I just started converting all my monster sets.

The poison gank idea is something I am looking closely at as an option with the empower changes making it much harder to burst with a 1-2 punch.
