{forum bug?} Unable to view pts patch notes unless signed in

I went to link the patch notes to my guild mates and noticed that you have to be signed in to even view that section. Is this intended? I’m hoping it’s just a bug and will be fixed soon. I’m on mobile, so maybe that’s my issue.

How is this a bug?? Why would you want to pore through patch notes without playing ESO?? I guess people who just want to throw shade on the game without ponying up the $$.... but that never happens in an MMO as threatening to the status quo as is ESO... right??0 -
