PC NA Account completely MISSING, Unable to Sign in

Hi

Since today I have been unable to sign into my PC NA account. I know my username and password.
When I follow the 'forgot password' section and put in my email address it say's it cant find that email address associated with an account :(

My friend on ESO has told me that I am not on his friends list anymore in game.

I've raised a support ticket and have not had any reply. The last email I had from ZOS or Eso was my paypal monthly subscription receipt.

It's unlikely I've been banned as there's no reason to.

The account I'm signed into now to post this thread is my PS4 account.

Please help.

Can someone from ZOS please confirm what has happened to my account?

Now that your ticket # is posted here, hopefully one of the ZOS community members will check on the status.

Still yet to receive any kind of response or acknowledgement.

I'm not going to stop posting and making new support tickets until I do.
In the past I've always had a quick response to support tickets.

This is honestly the biggest joke.

It's odd that you disappeared from your friend's friend list. Can your friend still send an email to your account? If not, it's like your account was wiped off the face of Tamriel.

It is the weekend, I would be patient waiting for responses until Monday.

No, my friends can not add me back when they search my userID or characters name.

Yes this is my problem, my account seems to somehow vanished.

Support eventually got back to me but I'm still yet to find my account

    Did it get fixed yet?

    Nope, still ongoing with support.

Apparently my email address I know I have linked to my ESO account is not what they have on their end. So the password reset isn't working.

Something bigger is defiantly going on here then just having to reset a password, userID or changing an email, which I'm trying to tell them. My account has vanished.

    :(

    Update:

My account has been banned due to multiple claims of ownership.

Reasons why none of this makes sense to me:

1 . I've provided overwhelming amounts of evidence proving I own this account.
    2. When I first raised this claim the first reply I received was to reset my password, check my email etc (why bother with this if the account has been banned or under suspicion of receiving claims of ownership)
    3. I never received any email or notification of any sort that my account was receiving claims from other people and that my account may be banned.
    4. To separate messages from ZOS/Bethseda claiming that yes in fact my account exists and the other say it does not exist.
    5. Before even opening a support ticket where I was unable to login account either via game or webpage, I had received no email about regarding my account under suspicion, recently being changed, not even login from unknown IP address.

I pray that ZOS/Bethseda has considered the possibility that my account may have been hacked and details were changed.

Otherwise this is probably the single worst gaming nightmare I have ever experienced.

So what are the next steps?

As far as I know, nothing. Incident status is saying solved.

Might need to get Mike Ross and Harvey Specter on the case.

    Love the reference xD

But there are some things you can do, or atleast I hope so =) What kind of evidence did you show them?
Also ask them too check the IP the account last was logged into. basicaly, if this is a mistake done by ZeniMax, they would not know it if you did not point it out. So I would say keep contacting them, figure out exactly what kind of proof they need too open your account again.

Neatly all my account details, (at least the majority of which I can remember and have records of) and all invoice receipts from eso plus subscription, along with all my character/in-game details.

I will ask about getting them to check last IP the account was last logged into. The problem is they're claiming they have received multiple claims for my account from god knows who and therefor they have perma banned the account.

Makes no sense as anyone could try and claim any account with some basic details, doesn't justify perma banning the account.

Can you think of any reason why someone else is claiming ownership of the account?

No, nothing that comes to mind and how could someone else gain details of my account.

There's nothing more I can do, the account is permanently banned now and that's final, they're not answering anymore of my questions or concerns on this matter.

Doubt I'll ever touch a Bethesda/ZOS related game again after this and I've enjoyed there games since I was a kid.

On the bright side though after posting in this forum I've been promoted to level 1 :) fml

So u sending them credit card info and ip addresses haven't persuaded them to return access to you? This is a bit alarming especially since it could happen to anyone and yet ZOS has done nothing.

I'm just flabbergasted and saddened by this. I would feel very upset if this happened to me. How can you just lose your account like that? All that time and money and crown store purchases. Years of work, hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Can you write to the corporate headquarters and include all the supporting documentation? Initial purchase receipt, ESO+ receipts, etc.
