I don't know if i can buy it in time cause my ESO plus time runs out today but I don't know exactly when today. so I am wondering if at all possible, through ticket would they be able to do something? Lol

    Not sure what your subscription status has to do with anything,but the stag is available to buy for a little over 5 more hours......after that its gone (maybe) forever ;)

    eso plus renews meaning i get crowns and I wanna use those crowns towards that stag but I dont know when exactly it gets renewed

    Says remaining subtime on your ESO account page....but not sure if it shows down to exact hour tbh ;)

    I checked. just says "<1 days left of your ESO Plus time."

    I wish it could say the exact time

    Perhaps your billing history shows the time of purchase ?

    that's where I looked also actually. shows 10/16/2017 as a date and 4/14/2018 being renewal date. just not a exact time.

    If you miss it by only a few hours then support would probably be willing to make an exception and take the Crowns for the Stag, just shoot them a message explaining it if you don't get it in time.

    That's what I was thinking on doing but I'm not sure if they do exceptions like this even though I was told by someone they were given a chance to buy that island yet it wasn't on sale at the time.

    That's what I was thinking on doing but I'm not sure if they do exceptions like this even though I was told by someone they were given a chance to buy that island yet it wasn't on sale at the time.
    They do them but it's a case by case basic normally. I've known of people who have got items for reasons like your own.

    However obviously they're not looking to just sell items to people a week after the time periods etc. so that's why I can't say 100% you'll get it but it's likely with your situation.

    Pretty sure the whole point of the "limited time offer" is to get you to open your wallet and dish out some extra cash.
