Upgrading To legendary failed (again)

It's me again. 
Not with my best happiness, I lost again 8 Dreugh Waxes for trying to upgrade this item from Epic to Legendary and this is the 2nd time. What can I do more? Now the item wasn't at the bank, was in my inventory, was unlocked. I had the message in yellow on the top right of the screen, new item created. Again, I went in my inventory and the item was purple. Don't ignore this message, I should claim back my 16 Dreugh Wax. What can I do to proof this? Making a video of it?

HidesFromSun✭✭✭Do you have the passives that make it so you need less dreugh wax to upgrade? With them you need 8 max.

When upgrading at the crafting station, Did it say you had a 100% chance to upgrade?
I confirm I have all the passives and the chance was 100%, that item is unupgradable! I did the same with a wooden staff and worked!0 -

I can craft anything, I have all the passives on every craft style

Usually when fails is lost. In this case I still have, but still Epic (purple). But Dreugh Wax is gone2 -

I am willing to do a video of it but I have to sacrifice another 8 legendary Dreugh Waxes.
