Outside of Skyreach and Spellscar (Because I don't really know how they work and what to do in them)... what can I do to gain a lot of CP quickly? Dolems in Ali'kir?

If killing things in spellscar is too hard for you, then alikr dolmens is probably the safest method for you.

Also don't forget to do your daily pledges, at least in normal.

To be fair, I just have never done them before. I hear something about gathering groups up and AOEing down certain groups at a time and it just seems like it's something that everyone and their grandmother is likely doing now. It's more of a "Where do I go in here" and less of a DPS issue. Unless it's somehow harder than vMA.

Well you need to learn pledges sooner or later anyway (at least if you want to keep up at least a certain amount of challenge level). As long as you listen to the more helpful players when doing them and keep ignoring the occasional abuses, PUGs (using the Dungeon Finder) are your place to go. Just be sure to start on normal, and not with the DLC ones. Believe me, you'll learn more about the game as you could possibly learn in solo PVE.

    I appreciate the responses.

I should clarify that I am a fairly good player (45K + DPS Stamblade, completed almost all vet trials, etc) but my process to get to 660 CP wasn't fast. I just sorta... played a lot but leveled slow. So I'm just seeing what can help give me the bump to 720 so I can squeeze out more DPS.

This is what people call ''grinding''. You gather mobs, you use strong AoE abilities to kill them fastly.
What makes spellscar special is that the mobs are harder ,but they give better experience as a result, the experience is so high that you can even duo with a friend and you will still level up a lot faster than doing alikr dolmens.

What you need to do is basically wear gear with training traits(don't forget to switch to new gear every 10 lvls or your stats will suffer), and use experience scrolls if you have them. You can lvl a new toon to level 50 in barely 4-5 hours with this method, Or you can grind champion points really fast.

Uh, either I somehow skipped the DPS/vMA part of your post, or you ninja edited it

Either way you certainly don't need our pledge advice when you completed almost all vet trials

Just do the *** pledges then :) lots of xp waiting.

Random daily normal dungeon with cake XP buff and enlightenment would be pretty fast.

How many characters above 50 do you have? The initial XP award for the daily dungeon is per character.

In that case I would do skyreach carry, you get paid to grind and get an 10% xp bonus.
You are so good you could probably do it in a crafted or overland training set for that bonus
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Eat your jubilee cake. Join a random normal dungeon, and drink a psyjic ambrosia before completion. This will be the biggest xp chunk you get in a day. If you run pledges, run 2 or three depending on their difficulty, then drink an ambrosia before turning in. Always run normal since its the same xp and faster. Unless you need the extra keys and have a good group, vet isn't worth it if xp is your main focus. Random normal dungeons also give good xp even after the initial one which gives massive xp.

Imperial City Sewers also give great xp. As a bonus, you get key fragments as you kill mobs. There are loads of random chests that have a reasonable chance of dropping motifs. Random mobs also drop recipes/praxis and such. You also get tel-var stones, and can go bank half of them every 3000 or so. This way you keep a x3 multiplier up, but even if you die, you don't lose much. Keep a psyjic ambrosia, and your cake bonuses up, and you will gain cp quickly, depending on your current cp level.

At your level, you're still looking at a decent chunk of time, depending on how many hours you play per day.

I only have 1 actually. I've been playing for exactly 13 months, if that tells you how slow I am to level. (Did take a few month break around the fall though)

You'd have been better off with getting a few characters to level 50 rather than focusing on getting one to CP cap. As @AlnilamE points out, you could then be doing random dailies and daily quests on multiple toons and getting heaps of XP.

You could still get one or two toons up to, or close to, level 50 during the double XP event. Once they hit 50, run daily randoms on them and start them on Undaunted dailies. As all dungeons will be new to the new toons, you'll get decent XP and make 60 CP in next to no time - even without the double XP.
