How do i get transmute crystals from campaign

Dasovaruilos✭✭✭✭✭During a campaign duration, you need to earn 25k AP and get to the "Tier 1" reward.
After the campaign ends you will receive in your mail a gold container with 50 crystals the first time you log in that character.
Plus, you can get one container from the first RotW mail of the day (I don't know how much AP that is, but I think it is around 20k?).1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Shor 7 day campaigns only award 10 crystals at the end of the campaign and it should come as a geode in an "End of Campaign rewards" mail with a little note saying how well your faction did, etc. Its the 30 days campaigns that give 50 crystals.
I always get 3 tier rewards on my home campaign Vivec, so I've never tested myself whether you get them on 1st tier, but plenty of people of the forums say they have.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭If it says campaign ends in 9 hours and its counting down, the campaign hasn't ended yet. The timer counts down to campaign end.
So if Shor ends and starts a new campaign cycle with the timer counting down from 6 day 23 hours and so on and you know you made reward tier 1 and you still don't have a End of Campaign rewards mail, then talk to ZOS support. Make sure Shor was your Home Campaign, since you don't get rewards for a guest campaign.0 -

First month I got most of my characters to Tier 3, then second I got most to Tier 1 to test and got the crystal on every one.0 -

Then the only advice I can give is:
If your campaign is finished and has started a new campaign of Shor (You'll see the counter counting down from 6 days, X Hours, X minutes, etc.)
AND you are sure its your Home campaign
AND you are sure you earned at least Tier 1 Rewards
AND you haven't received your end of campaign rewards (make sure your inbox isn't filled up with a bunch of stuff like mine usually is)
Then contact Support. I like to use Ask For Help since they usually send an email after a while I can reply to in order to explain the situation.0 -
