[Steam] Elder Scrolls Online uninstalled itself, but it's still there?

So I turn my PC after some hours off (and I had played ESO a few hours ago), and I find that it's the only game in my Steam library that has the "Download" option instead of the "Play" option.

However, the game is still very much installed, and it's fully there in the Steam directory (though it gives me the error telling me to launch through the Steam client when attempting to log-in from directory launcher/client).

I have already restarted Steam and my PC, what else could be the problem?

ALSO

Another thing I have noticed is that ONLY the Zenimax Online folder in steamapps/common has the "State: Shared" attribute (in the lower left corner) if that matters.

Anyone know what could've happened? :(

And I noticed this around 1 AM Eastern Time, 2 hours before the upcoming patch maintenance, if that matters.
