Sacrament Missions

The regular NPC's in Sacrament missions are far too aware. I get spotted from distances that they should not be able to see me from. These missions would be a lot more fun if the mechanics did not seem so dang wonky.

If not, you have to be even more careful.
Or you can do what is suggested and kill the non-target NPCs too. If they are dead, they cannot spot you.

Damn, I am getting schooled here. This is clearly a case of it being the Archer and not the arrow. Guess I have some tweaking to do.
