Style material prices during this event

I have seen price on basic styling material like Moonstone, Bone and Flint (the basic racial styles, blue motifs) skyrocketing during event. In guildstores people are sellin 1 moonstone for 50 gold. Just so everyone knows, the clothier, woodworker or blacksmith standing next to craft stations sell them for 15 gold per piece.
On the other hand, the more rare style materials are cheaper now.

I was going to say they are obtainable from the NPCs.

Who also buy refined mats at 4g a piece. Which is why I always wonder why people would sell mats below that price.

Charity to other players who may actually need the material rather than vendoring it into the void?

Hell yeah, i put certain mats i don't need for 1-2 gold each to deliver it in stacks, to whoever needs it.

Same thing happens with the provisioning recipes you need for writs. Brewers and Chefs sell them for 1.3k but folks want to put them up on guild traders at three times that, banking on people not knowing any better. Grosses me out.

this is something i had to find out about a lot of crafting components...if i run low on something i immediatly run to the guild stores - for example jode runes - to get frustrated because i can't seem to find them or only at obsene prices...until i look at the crafting trainers and find out that they are being sold cheaply there.... ^^
