Daily log in problems, lag, kick out of server every few hours, frequent maintenance downtime - are we getting value for money or are people happy with things the way they are?

Its absurd.... the capital they are farming from us must tally up in the double digit millions per month and yet they cant take the time to add simple improvements to the game like furnishing slots. at first I laughed that off - they actually leave us lot to make them as addon's !?
Then I realised that I wouldn't trust these people to run a bath, let alone a server. over 24 hours have passed now and so far I have played less than three hours.
I have played Pre alpha games with better stability and lower budgets !!!

✭✭✭✭✭I'd say the EU servers need something to happen to them. Multiple maintenance this week and they are broken yet again. Something is going on there. New servers may or may not help but ZOS really needs to figure out the issue and crack some heads.1 -

Other way 'round here. SWTOR and I had...issues. High pings, disco's etc. It was such a relief to come back here where I rarely have any problems (low pings, only time I have connect issues is when the whole thing goes haywonky).

I loved SWTOR, I'm a BW fan from waaaay back but I wasn't crazy about how things were going and decided to take a break especially when fighting with connectivity stuff. Glad I did. SWTOR will be there when I see they're not being quite so...odd in future.

Downside: if bised out it would set you back $100K, and its pretty much an all or nothing setup.

Could be. Seems, this time, it's login that's the issue. No problems at all in-game. Well, 'cept for missing comrades who are stuck trying to log in.

The solution there is called 'new game' - or Version 2.
It's a moot point. If the NA server is not having problems and the player load is similar, then player load is not the issue.
Which begs the question, why are there so many US players on EU anyway?

The reasons that we as customers cannot, in this case, connect to a game can and often are many and varied. I'm not going to 'white night' ZOS as I cannot prove them innocent so to state. Not going to jump on the bandwagon (seem to be using that term a lot lately) and stae that ZOS is 100% guilty either.
Without the relevant facts we cannot make a fair comment. This does not mean we do not have the right to complain or be upset or suggest that things need to be done to prevent further issues down the line. It does not make assumptions correct though either.

Everything seems to be fine for them and EU alwys has the broken server2
