Problems with Crown Store 4/10/18?

I tried several times to log into the Crown Store this morning to buy the Summerset chapter, but was unable to be by the new security statement. It keeps telling me there was some kind of error with my acknowledgement. Tried sever time but them gave up. Don't they want to sell Summerset upgrade?
