Can't log in to game and not receiving Access Code via email

System says my PC is not authorized to access the account even though I was logged in for hours earlier in the day. Am not getting the email with the Verification Code for access. Can log into Support because It says my PC is not authorized to access Support and sends me a Verification Code in an email that never arrives. No way to get any help apparently from Support without these codes in emails that never come. I followed the link in the FAQ for Account Recovery where my account can be changed to an email address that has worked before but that seems to have fallen into a 'Black Hole' as well. Can someone at ZOS please check on my ticket (180408-003687) and let me know when this will be addressed and fixed. It's been 24 hours and nothing so far. Thx.
