yeah i am angry this is really lame. i've been trying to play for the last 4 hours. hard to chill when you get no joy from these guys. the Support site/page, doesn't address the issue and loops you back ad infinitum. Hardy fair or supportive. So can you understand my frustration?

My guess is that they test patches against an backup of the us server.
if it work they go live, EU server is different because of other data, this is well known then updating databases.
If critical you ask for an DB backup so you can test it, most has an test server who also test the internal environment.

Noobs in action, you queue for wayrest 1 normal for quest, you come in at start and and the other 3 are rezzing.
This is the skill level we are seeing.
Do not worry this one has seen worse, its probably outsourced to India.
In this case skill level is an magnitude lower, the guys who only LA and always activate hard mode.
Had to do an serious update for an major oil company, the 20.12.17, this had to be done before 2018.
I said OK, but I will not in any way deal with India.

My main issue is that terrible worm cult drop rate (have 4 even though I open 100 boxes everyday which takes me at least few hours) yet, for last 2 days it's also non stop maintenance. Feels like you want players to suffer more and spend 24/7 doing dailies for 1 more week. You really need to re-consider your RNG rates.

Dude that's the recent server stability improvement.

Your client still disconnects but rest assured your character is up and running in the server just fine.

Gina this is getting ridiculous - even for Zenimax's standards of poor EU server quality.

I really hope there's an official apology in the works along with some sort of compensation for the EU player base.

No hate intended towards you or any of the staff on the developer team - I understand this is strictly publisher territory.

But something needs to be done now to amend for the past mishappens - and something needs to be done to secure a more stable and customer minded support in the future; whether in the form of new service providers in Frankfurt or/and reinstating seperate EU maintenance times like we once had (even if it means Zenimax shelling out more money for night or early morning shifts here in the EU - we know they can afford it).

Is this some kind of discrimination against the EU players? EU seems to have waaaaaaaaaay more issues than NA; so many problems one might think all of this is intentional. Even when the Scalecaller DLC launched, you guys delayed the EU servers by around 6 hours. SMH ZOS, upgrade your freaking EU servers or something. You've just received thousands of money with summerset "chapter" pre-orders so you can definitely afford it.

So very much this. PC EU really gets no 'love' at all. At least provide a 'light at the end of the tunnel' for us. Almost every patch it happens now.

For what it's worth, the current issues with the European servers are due to a problem with a major ISP in EU. It should be clearing up soon, if not already, though.

Or launcher issue ? After trying so many times only was able to log in with eso64.exe with the first try.
