Strange "of a" text bug when speaking to NPCs

I seem to be encountering this bug quite a lot lately. Yes, I'm one of those weird people that actually listens to NPC dialogue instead of quickly skipping over it. I invariably read through the text as the NPC is speaking, and I've often noticed that it injects the words "of a" immediately before (what should be) a possessive noun. I've included three screenshots of this behaviour below. For example, "Vastarie kept careful records of her struggle to pierce of a Laeloria soul" should read "Vastarie kept careful records of her struggle to pierce Laeloria's soul". Has this been noticed by anyone else?
