[EU - PC] Can't login after today's maintenance 4/9/2018, loading screen and more

Apparently the server is off again... I had a really big loading screen (had to kill the client) earlier. I tried to log on afterwards....and it won't let me... It seems the server is under stress again..
Update: Managed to get in. Issue seems to be resolved.

And after i crashed the game, relogging doesnt work.
It times out or tells me my acc is already logged in.

I managed to log once, entered in Outlaw Refugee in Rawl'kha and got infinite loading screen.
