A question for the Devs...and you - Ebonheart Chateau

I bought this house for crowns, meaning I spent £71 odd quid so I could get a notable size property for my guild, and have a full scale project to work on.
I don't regret the purchase at all, I had a good hard look at the place before I bought it but what I wonder is this...

In skyrim your house was scale to scale - the size outside was reflected inside. it wasn't a Tardis inside out...
It feels almost miss leading that a property like this one (from the outside) is so vast and modular

You can see just from the gate it has height and volume to play with... but the reality is you are not exactly getting what you see at a glance
The red zone is more or less the usable space you are able to use and access. infact you can only see this level of location.
the property does also have a rather large basement area - granted - but even thay only has one room to work with.

In Blue however, these are locations that could have been utilised and included, even if you looked up and just saw very high ceilings or something. but even the windows are not visible as they are from the outside; inside..

give your thoughts in the comment section below. do you feel that Notable class houses should be better scaled inside ?

Indeed, and this is fairly disappointing. Zenimax could do so much more with housing in general, even just with design.

it does feel as if they build the houses with 8ft thick walls doesn't it... the insides are surprisingly small, inaccurate and limited in area access

You can preview a home before buying it, going inside and see all the available space. My problem with that home is that you hear the volcano all the time.

Problem? Lol, that's like the hugest selling point for me. I love, love, love to hear the volcano rumble and roar. They blocked off the lava view with some stupid rocks, but I'm making a balcony that allows me a great overlook of the lava.

Perfect home for a pyromaniac Dunmer DK.

So you want more space for your 700 furnishing slots? I mean.. yes it would be cool but there are more important issues to solve like furnishing cap increase first : )

You actually HAVE to go to the house to buy it from my understanding, so it's not possible to purchased one without visiting it first. It's usually wise to preview things before purchase as best you can.

You don't like the volcano ambient? I find it quite relaxing, in a "that's going to explode and ruin my home" kind of way.

No. I said nothing about slots for furnishings. 700 is enough, 600 slots is in fact ample but obviously I would not dare to decline a chance at more slots lol. And I did view the house, as I said in the post. My point is, why make it so large on the outside if it's going to be 1/3rd the size inside. For the prices they are. For me money isn't an issue I work hard and pay my bills. Why I buy in game is my self treat. But the point stands non the less,
