is the chance of getting legendary rewards (kuta etc...) with your daily crafting rewards greater when you have that craft maxed out?

Outside of my main, which has everything maxed and runs 6 crafting dailies/day, my other characters only have 2 or 3 maxed that I do daily.

With this event, I atleast unlocked all of the daily writs for each craft to get 6 rewards per character per day, so I was curious about whether to keep doing this past the event.

Also, does crafting level affect the anniversary reward?
