Sejanus in game, was indeed a real living; breathing person. Long long ago in ancient times. Before the Fedual Period (before Knights and other things)The time of Ancient Roman Empire. Later Sejanus turned into a memorial, for the real life Sejanus. I totally believe the in game version of Sejanus. Was based of this one guy.

Emothic✭✭✭✭Not really suprised. Much of real life histoiry and eventts were used as insperations for the many races and kingdoms/empires in game. The entirety of the Imperial race/empire was based off of the real life Roman one. So really, it is most likely that it was.
