I've yet been able to complete one. Every single dolmen is bugged out. Even re logging many times I just always end up in a bugged instance.
Anyone else having this problem?

Halmur✭✭I can't tell if they're bugged or not in your case, but they do re-appear after a while. Perhaps you're just not there at the right time? They're not supposed to be up every time you walk in - they are events.
I'm not entirely sure how the dark anchor events trigger, are they based on a timer or the number of players around it or what.Founder of TamrielJournal, an ESO fansite & community1 -

Ciovala✭✭✭I know how they are supposed to work. However, the inactive state should have normal weather, etc. The bugged out ones have the same graphics as an activated one. silent88b14_ESO✭✭✭I'd recommend patience. That is tough duty I well know. But I suspect these are pretty complicated on the back end. It will be good when all the bugs are fully resolved. The quality I'm seeing in the rest of the game makes such difficulties stand out, but if they work the issue carefully without rushing then the Dark Anchors should eventually be as well-crafted as nearly everything else.Behold the great Oak. Noticed the same found 2 dark anchor's and both have been bugged, anchor in place/effects just nobody home. I want to enjoy this but Immersion keeps being stopped and am finding that I'm just getting frustrated and it's only been 2 days.0 -

I have done one Dark Anchor event. The others seem to be bugged.

these anchors were all bugged out the same way in the 6 month old beta build that was out 2 months ago.... well don Zen....0

RingobloodtheOld✭✭✭Since the server reset yesterday on April 1, 2014 they have been working for me when the event timer is triggered, need to remember its on a event timer so it will not spawn every time u go to one, but i have done 1 fissures and 2 anchors since April 1 server reset. Patience is key.Server: NA/PC

i ran into that the other day. sent a /bug report. so i tried logging out, then back in, and it was fixed. was able to complete all 3 in that zone. They know its an issue, but i guess they cant quite fix it yet for some reason.

Once, I dug a pit and filled it with clouds. Or was it clowns? Doesn't matter. It didn't slow him down. To be honest, it wasn't the best idea. And it really began to smell. Must have been clowns. Clouds don't smell bad. They taste of butter! And tears. - Sheogorath0 -
High_Marshal✭✭✭I am kind of disappointed that they are static spawns. They should have taken a page from RIFT and made them random spawns in the zone they way they do with the smaller ones.0

The rifts in RIFT are not as random as people think. They have static spawn points, same as the dark anchors here. RIFT creates the illusion of randomness by having a lot of them and giving them varied spawn times. High_Marshal✭✭✭The locations may be set and even in RIFT they are, but you never know which of those locations will spawn a rift or what type it would be or when it would spawn. That is what I am talking about. Not some static location we run to and see IF Molag Bal is trying to invade there.0

They seem to be static as well. I think they trigger when a player walks past the area. I happened to trigger the same one twice.Why not? Something has to work. It just happens. Check the XP in that section in the K menu and compare before and after. Not sure if closing the anchor is giving the points, though, or just the Daedra.
