A character can do 50 daily quests a day.

It's probably balanced around that.

But your question doesn't make a lot of sense.

What is your expectation when you say "what are drop rates based on"? That a character that does the average number of dailies per day will have all motifs at the end of it? All Worm Cult motifs?

We do dailies, we get crafting mats, furnishings and motifs. People who do more of them will get more. There is a time constraints as well. Even if you have 12 characters, you can't possibly do 50 dailies on each of them.

What I can tell you is that it certainly isn't balanced around every player getting all pages of Worm Cult on their own. And that's a good thing.

Tbh I think its pretty unfair they do a limited time motif that the vast majority of players will never complete with a drop rate so low.

Are they setting us up for the chance to buy it on the crown store?
