What is the earliest level a new character must be to start doing daily writs? Should it be immediate?

    Level 6, I believe, and youll have to be certified by the NPCs in the Fighters and Mages Guild. By level 6, you've had some chance to gather crafting resources to actually do writs.

    Note that you can do skill level 1 writs for the event boxes, They are the same for all quest types, yes master writs drop other rewards but that is another issue.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
