✭✭✭✭I have seen, without emp and not using the imperial city set that gives you 6k of each stat when you are in imperial city with 10k telvar, a mag sorc hit 60k+ for mag. I have seen 70k+ health builds on a blazplar and with Stam the max is around 50k, they just don't have the percentage amps for max stats mag builds do.0 -

✭The MadHessian or something similar used to make builds pushing one ressource, regen or damage to the top some time ago. I remember him to get 100k health in one of his videos, but only with ayleid well buff and on a nightblade. But max health sets were nerfed a while ago, so that much health isnt possible anymore.1 -
