No event rewards for dark botherhood dailies?

I thought it was "any repeatable quest"? Kind of a bummer. I was going to use this opportunity to level the DB skill line on one of my alts.

Has anyone tried it with the TG dailies?

Straight from the anniversary announcement on the website:
Note: Gift Boxes cannot be earned by completing infinitely repeatable quests.

I'm pretty sure the Sacrament and Heists give you Jubilee boxes as I've done them. The infinitely repeatable contracts and tip boards do not. But they did mention that in the Anniversary article I read on their facebook page.

The murder book and the thieves board are excluded as they are not daily quests but infinitely repeatable ones.

Not getting double exp from the writs either.

Where's that line straight from the anniversary website?

Right under the huge yellow letters saying "More Rewards."
It's ESO's anniversary, but during this event, everybody gets presents! Throughout the event, any daily or weekly quest you complete will earn you an Anniversary Gift Box (in addition to their regular rewards). These reward boxes contain crafting materials (ore, ingredients, runes, etc.) and a single rare crafting item (Nirncrux, style items, motif pages, etc.) Note: Gift Boxes cannot be earned by completing infinitely repeatable quests.

Double exp isn't tied to daily quests in any way. If you have and use the jubilee cake memento, you have it for any activities. (Third jubilee)

    Wrong.

You get double exp from completing them.

    Wrong.

You have to eat the cake, from the memento to get the Double XP, just like any other festival. Witches whistle, Jester's Pie, New Life Mug, etc. Talk to the Chef, make a cake, get the memento, eat cake, profit?

You do the cake quest (crown store to get start item) and eat the cake every 2hrs

Holy crap. Not trying to be mean, but are you blind lol?

Go to the link I provided. I'll give it here yet again: https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-gb/news/post/26349

There are huge yellow subheadings in ALL CAPS. The first one is called "Ache for Cake." The second is called "More Rewards." This is the one you want.

Read the first paragraph beneath the "More Rewards" section. Very carefully.

    Alternately, just use Ctrl+F.

Don't confuse experience and inspiration, either. Doing the writs gets you double XP to raise your character level, but the inspiration that raises your crafting level runs at the same rate.

I know you're not trying to be mean you just can't read. We've established the infinitely repeatable quests won't drop extra boxes.

Now I'm asking what did ZOS say is excluded from "Experience from all sources"

"similar to eso plus" per, zos, sounds like (from all sources)

    To clarify:

    * You have to eat the cake to get the xp bonus
    * XP bonus only affects character level. If you dont gain towards level or CP, it is normal rate.
    * XP bonus is from all sources.
    * For the event box, it has to be a daily or weekly quest on a reset timer. IE: Quests that can only be once a day or once a week.
    * Heist and Sacraments give the event box. Tip board in thieves guild and the contract thing in DB do not.
    * Shared quests count towards event boxes. IE: You can do all 4 thieves guild from Spencer in Abah's Landing in a day, You can do all 4 dailies in Gold Coast. You can do all the VVanrdenfell dailies( like 20 or 24 i think) if you can get people to share all of them with you every day.
    * Crafting Writs count towards event boxes. Master writs do not.

There's that many dailies in vv? Lord almighty I only ever did the justice hall whatever ones.
    * XP bonus is from all sources.

It definitely does not effect guild exp such as fighters, undaunted, mages,db/tg etc - tested this across multiple toons.

I have no way to gauge crafting exp as all my toons are maxxed out in every profession.

@Invincible, that's because all guild skills lines level via reputation and not experience (XP). Same with the crafting lines ... you'll get inspiration for successful writ turn-ins and crafting tasks ... and not experience (XP).

    Capiche?

There are 4 daily quest givers. 2 ashlander and 2 HoJ. Ashlanders have 7 possible each. HoJ has 6 possible each. If you share quests, its possible to do 26 dailies in vvardenfell( i checked). But you would need at least 7 people all with different quests to do so.

I think its pretty unrealistic unless you spend the whole day there or put together a group. People in vvardenfell dont seem to be eager to share. With that many quests zone chat should be flooded with shares and its not. Gold coast on the other hand... its super easy to get shares there. Dont know why people in vvardenfell dont share more.
