How do I enter a veteran dungeon?

When I enter Banished Cells, it gives me the option for I and II, but I don't see any way to select Veteran. I'm level 50.

I know I can select it from Group Finder queue, but I'm curious how to manually enter it with less than 4 players.

In the group window, up top, there is a toggle that lets you switch between normal and veteran. Just make sure veteran is selected before you go in.
