Unable to log into my Online ESO account

Went to buy some crowns through my online account and this is happening. Sent in a ticket to support but I can't get in at all. Anyone else experiencing this?

    For the error "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator," please try the following troubleshooting steps if you've not done so yet:
