    Maybe we should just limit number of people able to join war zones? It would help spread out fight maybe?

    The problem is this still happens even when each faction has no bars. There is already a thread for this discussion though https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/380707/main-thread-for-long-loading-screens#latest
