Had a couple people tell me ingame that our racials are going to get nerfed to the ground. Is that true? This has me slightly worried.

Its also an chapter level feature. If not with the college I do not know there to put it, Summerset would be perfect.
However was the college around at ESO time?

Good one Santie Claws, you could say that those many elves may not "get the point" as if they even so much as lay a finger on the Khajiiti, & they will get the claws for sure. If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...
If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.0
