It would be nice to have a variety of NPC inhabitants to dress up the houses with. Of course, they'd probably be stuck in one of the very limited 'special' furniture categories, so you'd only be able to have a couple. /sigh0 -

But for the sake of this poll:
Bards and dancers would be in the house for special occasions. There'd be both male and female bards, and they'd all be fully clothed.
Any dancers there would be female and would either be fully clothed or scantily-clad, depending on the occasion.2
