Hasty prayer a stamplar magicka dump

Does anybody else see this as a nod to stamplars?

Yeah its a small heal for stamplars but having minor expedition for 15 seconds after is definetly a boost for stamplars.

Nah, you're not going to slot it realistically considering the fact that ritual and rune will be slotted. Stamplar already has enough mobility as well.

Unless I'm missing something here I just don't see it being ideal in theory or practice.

Yeah thats true. Rune is a decent magicka dump and its important to have a purge.
