Im bummed. Been waiting for months now. I just knew it was coming this month. Its been available for preview for long enough, PUT THIS HOUSE FOR SALE ALREADY!

Agree.

But having said that, I'm seriously wondering if it will be worth spending a huge amount on a house of that size, when ZO$ have no intention of increasing the item limit. For whatever reason they care to give.

I have most of the other notable homes, which have been difficult enough to decorate in an even vaguely acceptable manner....and now we are offered PDP which is already quite a lot larger than they are. Nope, sadly probably not worth the Crowns this time.

I was hoping for this house to be up for limited time sale this month too. Some of us dont care if of the cost. It will definitely not be more than 20 000 crowns but if it is then even better - less people will have it. (I know its selfish)

At least on the bright side is that we will be able to preview the new homes that will come with Summerset isles and if they are better, some people might buy them instead and save some cash.

I was hoping for the palace as well. Instead, we got the Coldharbour Surreal Estate...which I don't really even have interest in getting.

So, Pariah's Pinnacle...highly anticipated from the PTS, would have been great with Orsinium Anniversary.... released in December (cause snow? smh) and was 9 months after PTS IIRC.

I have to disagree about the storage, Since not very many ppl have had a chance to play around with it. It all depends on how you decorate it imo. Bigger pieces take up more space so it looks fuller. I have been saving and buying for this house since January when I saw it on the datamine list. Its gorgeous, lavish, And ITS REDGUARD STYLE! I own all 3 current redguard homes, And it is by far my favorite style for houses/furniture. My Hundings house is fully decorated and it feels very full. Im ready to progress to a larger home now.

Price is not an issue with me either. Im sitting on 17k crowns right now, Waiting for this house. I had crowns saved from the last crown sale in anticipation of buying a limited time house this year. I have also been buying crowns every couple of weeks since then to save and stock up. I do not think it will be 20k crowns though. The most expensive house to date was the island, And it was 15k unfurnished. I dont see them making that large of a price jump like that. I could see this one being in the 16-18k range unfurnished. Furnished, MAYBE 20k. Unfurnished definitely not. I dont buy furnished homes anyway. I make all my own furniture, It feels more personal to me.

I also know they never said when the houses would be released, But the order in which they were released really makes no sense to me. You would think they would have come out with their respective “anniversary events” but clearly they are doing it backwards. The palace should have come out in March when the anniversary for Hews Bane passed. Instead we got the cave. Which was a very nice house, But didnt go with the “theme” at the time.

All in all, Im just being a brat and want what I want RIGHT NOW lol. I love everything about that house and really want it. Heres to hoping it comes out in May, My birthday is next month and the palace would make a SWEET birthday present
