If by utility you mean self-buffs, Leeching Strikes (morph of Siphoning Attacks) is absolutely essential for Stamblades, even more so if you are not a Redguard (they get some stamina back on all melee attacks which makes them pretty much top tier).

Mark Target and morphs is a decent debuff which can heal you well in non-boss fights.

Deadly Cloak (morph of Blade Cloak) from dual-wield skill line greatly increases your survivability against anything AoE related while dealing respectable damage to nearby enemies.

Relentless Focus (morph of Grim Focus), which you may have selected for the damage portion, increases damage dealt and stamina recovery while active.

Morphs are sometimes depend on whether you are playing PvE or PvP though. My recommendations probably lean towards PvE though.

For ultimate pvp incapaciting strike and flawless dawnbreaker for pvp, ballista and rend for pve.
Incap =stun and defile
Dawnbreaker =weapon damage bonus
Ballista =big damage and your free to use other skills
Rend=big aoe damage with heal

thanks guys. I took some of the DW healing morphs so i might be able to change them for their damage morphs once the dark cloak change comes into effect. They are the only things keeping me alive right now though
