Summerset on Steam and no Morrowind as pre-purchase offer?

I finally decided to buy Summerset on Steam, but there is no more Morrowind as pre-purchase offer.
I only see Nightmare Senche Mount and Queen’s Bounty Pack as offer.

I remember very well it was same on Steam and now I see it's gone.
So, what is true? And what to do?
I am redirected to Steam to buy as I play game on Steam. I don't want to buy Summerset and don't get Morrowind.

One guy pre-ordered Summerset after Morrowind offer was took down from Store page. He gave me proof in Steam DB.

For some unknow reason somebody at Zenimax Media or Bethesda Softworks decided to remove Morrowind as pre-purchase offer in Store which is really sad... And yet, you get it.
After I got my answer, I bought Summerset last night and immidiately got access to Morrowind. This is how it looks in Library.

The thing is when you play on Steam and inside game's Store when you click on Chapter, you clearly see you get Morrowind. When you click to buy, you get log out and Steam Store shows up to buy it.
Somebody should restore Store pages' description to show Morrowind as pre-purchase offer. I guess somebody screwed up Steam Store page as it's obviously Morrowind was tied with one week long discount on base game and Morrowind chapter which started when Summerset was announced.
