✭✭Major defile is an aoe debuff and empower is a self buff. Right or wrong, ZoS is making everything fit into its rule buckets.

✭✭✭✭1. It apply AoE debuff. So it just wrong that you can dodge aoe.
2. It was undodgeable for 4 years and was only recently ninja made into dodgeable for some unknown reason. Now again undodgeable.
Sounds more like it was bug that was fixed.1 -

Like many projectiles it seems to matter when you get out of LoS, I've seen it bend around a corner a few times, not that its the only skill in the game that does that.0
