I think it is pretty obvious from the title. Boat houses. Is there any chance that we get it? Instead living in a house, I'd prefer that my character to live on a boat. And to add various crew members (hirelings from crafting skill lines) to bring you crafting mats. Maybe some daily or weekly missions, fishing missions, etc...

✭✭Oh, you meant house boats. To me a boat house is housing for your boats, like the one in Mournhold. A shelter, with or without a door, that you can sail under to protect the boat from storms.
Boats and ships as homes might be seen as the thin end of a wedge, though. If you have a static home, next you'd want to sail it, fish from it etc. So it's likely to be killed off because of where it leads, rather than because the first step is hard.
The idea of a fishing hireling is intriguing. Even if all you get is bait (including the bait fish you send back to get better ones).1
