What new traits are you guys hoping to see?

Perhaps something like Smelter: Deconstructing items yields a bonus % of mats back, similar to Intricate items but applied to anything you decon.

I really am against traits like this. If you want this sort of thing, ask for a set that does this. Don't pollute the rng trait table with noncombat stuff.

Ya but what of people with dedicated crafters/farmers? If they don't need to stack max stats, then a jewelry passive that boosts decon yields by a small amount, I see no harm in adding that to the game. Represent everyone.

we don't need polluted loot tabkes.

Ornate jewelry? Pollution. A benefit to a large part of the ESO community, you know, the guys and gals who make your armor, craft your pots, the ones who buy Summerset to be able to MAKE crafted jewelry for people who purely PVE or PVP and don't hav the time or skill to craft. Definitely not pollution. There is absolutely no reason to poo-pah all over the idea of a jewelry trait that could benefit someone other than you. We are ALL stabbing at the dark until the PTS comes. You're just trying to keep the loot tables favorable for not everyone, just selective everyone, because everyone includes people who enjoy all aspects of this game, and selective everyone is everyone chasing the new BiS trait and crapping all over ideas that don't benefit fotm chasing people. There is no reason to bicker and put down ideas that benefit people other than just you. We know nada, zilch, nothing, till it goes live.

Everyone will have their bias. Zos gets the last laugh. Perhaps waiting is the best recourse.
Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. PC/NA. @Sheezabeast if you have crafting needs!

Unless I missed it, there are still 5 unannounced traits. I'm hoping that will see something original that will open up new build possibilities.

    Some I've thought about:

NImble: increases dodge chance by 3-5%

Finessed: Decreases LA/HA (or perhaps all) cooldowns by x%

Functional: Basically a prismatic trait that provides all 3 resources

Profane: You're attacks have a chance to crit as oblivion damage

Priceless: Increases critical damage done by 5%, and also provides 330 critical resistance

    Refined: adds 10 percentage penetration

I'd like a weapon trait that makes my staff count as two pieces of a set instead of just one.

I think they just need to add relics for stave users as an optional enhancement to the stave that counts as a bonus piece of armor or jewelry.

They could then add an arrow and quiver for bows allowing them to have either a second offhand weapon or an extra piece of medium armor, and 2Handed weapons would have an optional Fitted hilt or metal sheath that could be counted as heavy armor or jewelry

    WISE =

+1 to # of pieces of equipment towards set.

ie. only need 4 pieces to count for 5 of a set piece.

Meh. 4/6 new traits are super boring. Hoped for something more interesting.

Change that useless resist trait effect to the one I suggested.
    • 25% chance per trait(Additive) when you block an attack you restore [1/1.5/2/2.5/3%] of your maximum Magicka and Stamina.

Like suggested on the previous pages. Something like Triune or Protective is just copying the already existing traits/glyphs whatever. Not surprising that the two traits they showed first are the ones that are most interesting.
