- Infused; Same as live.
- A trait that increases the effectiveness of your ultimate by some amount.
- 25% chance per trait(Additive) when you block an attack you restore [1/1.5/2/2.5/3%] of your maximum Magicka and Stamina.
- When you critically heal an ally while in combat, have a [2/4/6/8/10%] chance to gain 3 ultimate. (This might make decisive trait slightly more appealing on weapons)
- Gluttony; Increase the effectiveness of your applied Food/Drink by some percentage.
- When you critically heal missing health, you have a [1/2/3/4/5%] chance to remove 1 Negative effect from the target.

I really am against traits like this. If you want this sort of thing, ask for a set that does this. Don't pollute the rng trait table with noncombat stuff.

Some I've thought about:
NImble: increases dodge chance by 3-5%
Finessed: Decreases LA/HA (or perhaps all) cooldowns by x%
Functional: Basically a prismatic trait that provides all 3 resources
Profane: You're attacks have a chance to crit as oblivion damage
Priceless: Increases critical damage done by 5%, and also provides 330 critical resistance
Refined: adds 10 percentage penetration

Ya but what of people with dedicated crafters/farmers? If they don't need to stack max stats, then a jewelry passive that boosts decon yields by a small amount, I see no harm in adding that to the game. Represent everyone.

Like I said, ask for armor sets that do this, like the speed bonuses from night mother's and fjords and stuff like that. The rng in this game is bad enough, even with retaiting it is very tedious do get useful rolls. We don't need vicious ophidian or moondancer jewelry droping with a trait that is only good when you decon something.

Don't Moon Dancer and VO always drop in the same trait? How would adding a boon to crafters effect that? With retraiting/transmuting jewelry coming, your scenario is unaffected.

Do you believe that after jewellery crafting becomes a thing that this will stay? Or will jewellery now have random traits like all other gear?

Right now they do but you can sure if that as soon as they can, zos will be expanding the loot table for them, the reason is 2 fold, so you don't need to retrait them and so you have to grind a bit longer for the "best" trait, either by way of running the content over and over or by getting enough stones to retrait to the "best". Which leads me into why you are wrong about it being unaffected, if you want the "best" trait and it drop in your hypothetical trait that only provides a boost to crafting, you then need to spend time getting the stones to retrait it. This can be a pain for people that people that don't PvP and don't have the time to grind them out in pve, I manage about one retrait a week, so your way would have me dealing with an off trait for at least a week before I could use said jewelry. In my ideal scenario, all traits would be useful in the actual content of the game, combat, In some way, obviously there would still be "best" but they all have some improvement to you completing content.
Now what I would be okay with is if the trait you are talking about be like nirnhoned is, as in doesn't drop on any armor but one piece you get at the end of a long quest chain and doesn't dilute the rng jewelry pool and is exclusive to crafted sets. You could agree to that right?
I just don't think Zos would change the drop variety of sets like trial gear and end game gold pvp gear just because they introduce new traits and the ability to change trait and deconning post-patch jewelry.

This is literally what zos did when they changed vMA to always drop a weapon at the end, when it was not guaranteed the weapons would only drop in defending, sharpened, precise or nirn. Then they guaranteed a weapon and put the other 4 traits in the rng pool making it harder to get a good combat related one.
