Cliff Racer v Force Pulse
If I dont have the asylum staff, would screaming cliff racer be the better option? Most magwarden builds are running FP but I assume its because they have the asylum staff.

in PVP I think they use both together with the shalk so everything lands at the same time for big burst.1 -
