50 per character last I heard. If someone is reliably hitting that every day, it's probably time to invest in another toon, even if only for events like this. If someone is hitting the cap on all their toons (1500 dailies a day!) then they may need to go outside and get some sunlight once in a while.
Yes, last time drops looked pretty even random for me, same chance for rare motifs as for common.Considering how much sounds to be in there it's going to be pretty low chances of getting I would say.
At least some more will be injected into the game for a while.
Also glad that it won't matter when glass ones tank this time as they don't have a base cost (10k item) any more.
You can do up to 50 dailies on each character, but only the first 12 will give reward boxes as stated by ZoS. The fastest are by far the crafting writs, with Cyrodiil settlement quests also being really fast: most of those simply ask you to retrieve/destroy objects, save/kill NPC located quite close to the settlement, with only one of them requiring you to enter a delve and kill the boss or get an object. http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Cyrodiil#Quests

Yep, those limits are per character. But realistically it's very simple to just do the writs and play as you normally do otherwise. Repeating the same quests over multiple characters is mind numbing. I did the ones for Jester's on 5 chars for 4 days and by the 3rd day I was so bored ...
I'm not liking the sound of rarity for wormcult.
Hopefully not so rare we end up having to pay for motif in crown store

12 per character right?
so only 12 dailies per character give special reqards?
that's just 6 with the crafting writs?
Only 3 if I also do pledges?
