Adjust Morag Tong & Swamp Raider Sets

These 2 seem weirdly itemized. Let Morag Tong (5) simply read "Increases all Poison Damage by 10%."

Similarly, let Swamp Raider be "(5) Adds 450 Weapon Damage to your Poison and Disease Damage abilities."

I think this'll make these sets more conveniently valuable but still not overpowered. Ty.

    While you are at it, make sithis set usefull. Yes different topic but set is completely useless which is weird for a "sithis" set

    Morag Tong is balanced as a PvP set, and it does quite well in that capacity (I run it on a bow ganker build). Changing it like that would probably break the set.

    Though, yeah, Swamp Raider is pretty useless in all circumstances right now, gotta say.

    Morag Tong is BiS for PvE trials right now. It is fine as it is.

    Swamp Raider only really works on a StamDK. Even then, it's sub-par.
    Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

    I see, it's poison damage from everyone in the group, not just your own damage. I guess Morag Tong is not underpowered after all!

    My main is Stamina DK; that's who I was thinking of using it with. I could keep popping Flames of Oblivion to activate it, but that seems like an unnecessary pain.

    Viper's Sting might work as a selfish equivalent of Morag Tong.

    Aaand buffs poison-based Monster Helms as it's a % increase :3

    It procs off any magic damage, and does so constantly. Flames keeps it active for 30 seconds or so, but I just use stormfist to proc it. Never once drops during combat.
