✭prior 2015 if im not mistaken there was a spot with khajiit npc dancers in reaper march who spawn instantly after killing them. people went to bot there to farm exp ( CP we're uncapped by then thus earning alot of CPs had a great advantage towards other players)
that's how anyone with years of bounties has gotten his bounty..
that was basically some guilds secret by then on how to be rank 1 on leaderboards be it PvP or PvE.
most of those players have deleted their years of bounty characters.2 -
